We are seeking a skilled Backend Python Developer to join our dynamic team in designing and building robust, scalable web applications.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing maintainable backend systems using FastAPI, Django or Flask, integrating databases effectively, and deploying applications both locally using Docker and remotely to cloud platforms. 

As part of a lean, collaborative team, you'll gain exposure to various aspects of software development - from backend development to deployment, with opportunities to learn about system design, testing, and DevOps practices as projects require. 

#KeyResponsibilities  

• Develop and maintain robust backend systems and web applications with guidance on architecture decisions. 

• Work with databases, write queries, and integrate data effectively. 

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs with proper documentation and error handling. 

• Manage local deployment using Docker and remote deployment to cloud platforms. 

• Debug and troubleshoot applications across all system layers. 

• Write comprehensive tests and implement logging for system reliability. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. 

#RequiredSkills  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Experience with Python development and examples of projects you've worked on. 

• Experience with web framework technologies such as FastAPI, Django or Flask. 

• Understanding of Docker for containerization and deployment. 

• Familiarity with cloud deployment concepts and platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar). 

• Familiarity with REST APIs, and server-side logic. 

• Proficiency in version control tools like Git. 

• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others on projects. 

• Problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

#PreferredSkills  

• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and pipelines. 

• Knowledge of asynchronous programming in Python (e.g., asyncio). 

• A good understanding of system architecture best practices and design patterns. 

• Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required.
