We are looking for motivated and skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultants/ Senior Consultants to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in IAM platforms and a strong understanding of identity governance and security concepts.

You will work across both operational IAM processes and technical implementations, supporting clients in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, and operation of IAM solutions

• Manage identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver)

• Onboard applications into IAM platforms (integration, provisioning, access policies)

• Configure and maintain roles, entitlements, and access policies

• Work with stakeholders to define and implement RBAC / ABAC models

• Monitor and improve IAM processes, including access reviews and certifications

• Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and ensure platform stability

• Contribute to automation and development of IAM workflows and integrations

• Participate in client engagements, workshops, and advisory activities

• Support and optimize Identity Providers (IdP) and authentication flows

• Contribute to PAM (Privileged Access Management) implementations, controls and processes

• Support cloud IAM and security architectures (e.g. Entra ID)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, STEM or any relevant field

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management

• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

  • Okta

  • Microsoft EntraID ID

  • CyberArk

  • PingID

  • Saviynt

Experience in:

• Application onboarding and integrations

• Identity lifecycle management

• Access governance processes

• Digital Identity

• Customer Identity

• Privilege Identity Management

• Non-human identities

Solid understanding of:

• RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)

• ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control)

• Identity Providers (IdP)

• Authentication mechanisms (SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, OIDC)

• Digital identity and identity governance principles

• IGA Tools

Nice to Have

• Development or scripting experience (e.g., Java, Beanshell, APIs, PowerShell)

• Experience with connectors, APIs, and custom integrations

• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles

• Experience with PAM implementations and privileged account governance

• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (ISO27001, NIST, etc.)

• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
