We are looking for a consultant to join our Human Capital Operate – HR Systems & Integration team in Thessaloniki.
The role is part of Deloitte’s HC Operate model and focuses on the operation, stabilization, evolution and continuous improvement of complex multi-system HR landscapes, rather than pure system implementation.
You will work across leading HR platforms such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors and Workday, supporting cross-system integrations and operational services in international and multi-country environments, with a strong focus on service quality, governance, automation and AI-enabled innovation.
The position is suitable for functional, technical or techno-functional profiles with a strong interest in HR technologies, service excellence and people development.

As a Consultant - HC Operate (Cross-HR Systems), you will:
Deliver international Operate and AMS services across Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors and Workday environments.
Support the run and evolution of HR systems, ensuring operational stability, compliance and continuity.
Operate and support HR integrations across multiple platforms from a functional, technical or techno-functional perspective.
Work with integration technologies including
SAP Integration technologies (e.g. SAP CPI / SAP BTP),
Oracle Integration technologies (e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud)
Boomi integration platform.
Analyze incidents, problems and recurring operational issues, contributing to root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with client and vendor teams in multi-vendor HR ecosystems.
Support incident, problem and change management in line with ITIL / ITSM and Deloitte Operate governance.Contribute to automation and AI-enabled use cases (e.g. ticket analysis, monitoring, data quality controls).
Produce and maintain functional, technical and operational documentation.
Lead and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and on-the-job training.
Participate in client meetings, service reviews and workshops.
Continuously update HR technology and integration certifications and strengthen leadership skills through Deloitte training programs.

Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in HR systems operations, support or HC Operate / AMS models.
Exposure to one or more HR platforms: Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday.
Hands-on experience supporting HR integrations using SAP, Oracle and Boomi integration technologies, either:
from a functional standpoint (process analysis, testing, coordination, validation), or
from a technical / techno-functional standpoint (interfaces, mappings, APIs, monitoring).
Experience working in multi-system HR landscapes, including payroll, time & attendance and external systems.
Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release management).
Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Very good command of English, written and spoken.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in a consulting firm, preferably within HC Operate or AMS services.
Certifications on Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
Exposure to integration architecture, automation or AI solutions applied to HR systems.
Experience supporting international, multi-country HR environments.
