Your role as a Junior Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements by exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development, act as a brand ambassador and grasp opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.

During your tenure as a Junior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

• Develop knowledge of current accounting and tax legislation across the Global Tax and Legal function

• Recognize key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client

• Collect, assimilate, and analyze data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions in the Tax and Legal business

• Apply technology knowledge to address client business challenges.

Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/ Finance/ Auditing / Economics from a well-acclaimed University in Greece or abroad

• Up to two years of relevant experience in accounting department

• Excellent command of the English language

• Computer literacy

• Good knowledge of Accounting Bookkeeping

• Tax and Accounting Data Analytics skills

• Respond promptly to compliance requests by deadlines

• Perform work in an efficient and effective manner by consistently applying BPS methodologies, processes and tools

• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates

Preferred skills:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Auditing, Business Administration or related disciplines will be a plus.
