Your role as a Junior Consultant will focus on the support the Financial Operations team in executing a variety of projects in the domains of Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, and Finance Automations. You will work closely with Managers / Senior Consultants to assist in the delivery of high-quality insights and recommendations for clients across various industries. Your role will involve data analysis, report preparation, and assisting in the implementation of financial automation initiatives.

During your tenure as a Junior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

• Develop knowledge on current financial reporting legislation across the Business Process Solutions function;

• Provide support in financial reporting, management reporting and finance automation projects;

• Recognize key capabilities required to deliver a high-quality service experience to the client;

• Communicate with clients to understand needs and contribute to project updates and presentations;

• Collect and analyze financial data to support reporting and decision-making;

• Apply technology knowledge to address client business challenges.

Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/ Finance/ Auditing / Economics from a well-acclaimed University in Greece or abroad;

• Up to two years of relevant experience in accounting or finance department;

• Excellent command of the English language;

• Computer literacy;

• Accounting and Finance Data Analytics skills;

• Respond promptly to compliance requests by deadlines;

• Perform work in an efficient and effective manner by consistently applying BPS methodologies, processes and tools.

Preferred skills:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Auditing, Business Administration or related disciplines will be a plus.
