Our Risk & Financial Crime Advisory team helps organizations establish, maintain, and enhance their financial crime prevention and detection frameworks. We support our clients by assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of their programs, transforming their operations as required, optimizing processes and address emerging risks and compliance requirements.

Financial Crime is a global, multi-layer problem for organizations, regardless of their size, complexity, and compliance obligations. It manifests as money laundering, fraud, bribery and corruption, tax evasion, environmental crime (e.g. greenwashing), asset misappropriation and many other typologies and has a multi-dimensional impact across societies and economies.

Your typical day as a member of our team includes:

• Help clients identify potential vulnerabilities in their anti-financial crime frameworks

• Recommend efficient and effective solutions to strengthen their organizations

• Design policies and procedures.

• Identify and assess risks

• Controls design and testing

• Design and deliver training programs

• Implement technology solutions

• Optimize the risk management process and financial crime operational models

• Work with innovative and market leading technology solutions

In your journey with us as a Financial Crime Advisory Analyst, you are expected to:

• Understand objectives for Deloitte clients across businesses and borders to deliver quality work and results.

• Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data and develop informed recommendations to address client concerns.

• Apply knowledge to effectively build protective mechanisms and/or help enhance a client’s Financial Crime Prevention framework and processes.

• Produce a high-quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience.

• Act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values to put these into practice in your professional life.

• Build productive, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, across a broad network, based on mutual respect.

For this role, we are looking:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Statistics, Data Science, Legal or other related disciplines

• 0-2 years of relevant business experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek languages.

• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
