Your role as a Financial Consultant/Senior Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services. 

During your tenure you will demonstrate and develop the ability to: 

• Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information 

• Compile, analyze, and report economic and industry data to help clients make informed decisions 

• Develop complex financial models and run valuation analyses using several methods 

• Collect, assimilate, and analyze relevant data using standard tools and data visualizations to help surface insights 

• Manage own work against project plan to ensure a superior client experience 

• Review and analyze documents related with  Bank Debt, Mezzanine, Capital Markets and State Aid programs to be considered for the structuring of funding alternatives 

• Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations 

• Comply with quality standards, risk rules, and confidentiality guidelines to deliver results 

• Communicate and interact with clients and other fund providers

To qualify for the role you must have: 

• At least 2 years of working experience in Credit Analysis, Debt & Capital Raising, Restructuring, Project Finance/PPP, etc., preferably within a banking institution, an Investment Firm, a leading international professional services firm (Big 4 or equivalent), or a fund in Greece or abroad. Prior experience in Valuations and M&A Advisory will be considered a strong asset

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field 

• Master’s Degree (M.Sc. or MBA) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration from a prominent University would be considered a strong asset 

• Professional Qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or similar) will be considered a strong asset 

• Very good knowledge of Financial Modeling in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of VBA) and ability to understand AI will be considered a strong asset 

• Excellent command of the Greek & English language 

• Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills 

• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
