Specifically, in Finance and Performance team we:

• Optimise end-to-end finance processes in Finance & Accounting Operations (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.), Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Treasury, Costing, Closing & Consolidation

• Focus on all finance transformation enablers and improve intelligent finance systems to ensure an adequate fit with finance processes and strategy

• Improve our clients’ performance management by enhancing financial management reporting

• Re-define and implement finance target operating models and assess business cases for shared service centers

Your role as a Senior Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business.

During your tenure as a Finance Transformation Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience

• Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices

• Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems

• Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner

• Design and develop robust, scalable, high performing, high-volume production applications

• Review and recommend improvements to existing system designs and engineering processes

• Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients

• Recognize technology as a business enabler

• Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects

• Strong visual design sense and appreciation for developing with a client experience focus

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a high-profile consulting firm or related professional areas

• University degree in: Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration

• MBA or a postgraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other Business-related field

• Outstanding academic track record

• Excellent oral and written Greek & English language communication skills

• Strong analytical skills & problem solving skills and ability to provide business insights

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments

• Positive attitude, Doer mentality, and excited working within teams of diversified skills

• Knowledge of Accounting Operations, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Treasury, Costing and Closing & Consolidation

• Affinity in analyzing financial statements

• Ability to recognize opportunities which improve our clients’ performance management and financial management reporting

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools

• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
