#AboutYourRole 

As a Finance and Administration Specialist (FinOps) you will: 

• Support financial closing activities (monthly, quarterly, and annually); 

• Create reports to track costs, budgets, and project expenses; 

• Collaborate across teams in Switzerland and internationally to solve financial challenges; 

• Handle administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, coordinating travel, and managing the CIO’s calendar; 

• Work on ERP, reporting, and process improvement initiatives; 

• Assist with forecasting, planning, and budgeting; 

• Create and manage internal IT billing for Cloud services with the help of ITS experts, helping to design and develop new processes. 

#OurRequirements

• You have Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting, business, or a related field. 

• You speak English fluently (German is a plus). 

• You have minimum 2 of years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role; 

• You have around 2 year of experience in finance/controlling 

• You have experience using MS Excel, SAP, and Ariba and are comfortable with modern computer systems

• You are curious, energetic, and proactive, with an interest in improving financial systems and processes; 

• You enjoy working in a team but can also manage tasks independently, building strong relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders; 

#PreferredQualifications 

·       A basic understanding of IT infrastructure, especially Cloud Billing, would be a big advantage
