Your role as a Experienced Project Management Professional - Data & AI will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results.

During your tenure as an Experienced Project Management Professional - Data & AI, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Support project delivery across the lifecycle, assisting in planning, execution and monitoring activities (e.g., Waterfall, Agile);

• Collaborate with client to define project scope, aligning with customer specifications and business objectives;

• Contribute to effort estimation, resource planning, and tracking of project budgets under guidance

• Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and strong relationships;

• Coordinate and facilitate project team activities, ensuring alignment with project plan;

• Develop plans, monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating here necessary and assisting in mitigation planning;

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress status reports, and presentations for stakeholders;

• Use project management tools (E.G., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps) to track progress and ensure timely updates.

• Assist in project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and monthly billing processes;

• Support client presentation and demonstrations, engaging directly with clients on site when necessary to ensure project alignment and satisfaction;

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities with clients, enhancing relationships and exploring additional value delivery.

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field; an MBA or other master's degree is advantageous.

• At least 3 years of hands - on experience in project management or PMO support ideally in Data & Analytics engagements or IT Consulting. Experience in the Energy industry is advantageous.

• Experience in IT requirements analysis and management (Familiarity with the full lifecycle of AI & Data Engagements from elicitation of data requirements and design of data architecture to implementation and testing of data products will be advantageous).

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile). Certifications (E.G., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) are a strong plus but not mandatory.

• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint / MS Excel;

• Technical understanding and ability to engage in discussions about broad technology and business trends tailored to customer and project needs. Familiarity with cloud data stacks (MS Fabric, Databricks), cloud providers (Azure, GCP, AWS), and the full lifecycle of AI & Data engagements is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, wit hthe ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, work autonomously, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
