Your role as a Assistant Manager/Manager will focus on the successful delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations, demonstrating personal accountability and keeping performance and quality on track. You will exercise strong communication and relationship-building skills while actively contributing to the priorities and growth of the team and the wider business.
The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in supporting clients through complex transactions and strategic corporate finance decisions. You will be involved in a broad range of engagements including Mergers and Acquisitions strategy and advisory, capital raising, business succession planning, valuation, business modelling, and debt and capital advisory.
You will be expected to take ownership of your professional development, continuously build your expertise, and make an impact by delivering exceptional client service and insights.
During your tenure, you will be required to:
Lead end-to-end M&A processes, including deal preparation, project management, financial modelling, valuation, negotiation and completion.
Lead the preparation of marketing materials including investment teasers, information memorandum and client presentations.
Assist and guide for the preparation of detailed financial models for various transactions such as financing, acquisitions and valuations, and assess the key assumptions and outputs of the financial models.
Oversee detailed financial analysis and market research done by junior members of the team to derive strategic insights and findings to support project deliverables.
Communicate effectively and professionally with engagement management client stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex financial information and strategic insights effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards throughout the M&A process.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Lead projects, ensuring all engagements are completed on schedule, within budget and exceed client expectations.
Apply advanced project management techniques to optimize team performance and project deliverables, while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients, legal advisors and other stakeholders involved in the M&A process.
Carry out role as a coach and mentor to junior members of the team.
Continuously enhance technical and industry knowledge to strengthen your position as a trusted advisor.
Active involvement in business development activities including identifying opportunities on new/existing clients, and networking with prospective investors for M&A.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
5 – 8 years of work experience in M&A, Corporate Finance or Valuations, preferably within a major international professional services firm (Big-4 or equivalent), investment bank, boutique advisory or private equity firm.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
Master’s Degree (M.Sc. or MBA) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration from a prominent University will be considered a strong asset.
Professional Qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or similar) will be considered a strong asset.
Strong understanding of the M&A transaction process and corporate finance principles.
Advanced financial modelling (in Excel) and analytical skills.
Experience preparing client-ready reports and presentations
Excellent command of both Greek and English, with strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Military obligations fulfilled, where applicable.
A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for delivering tangible value to clients.
Strong commercial acumen and client-facing experience
