In your role as IT Product Support Consultant, you will be responsible for the Access Management of our Product, where your daily tasks will entail user creation, Multi-Factor-Authentication registration for external users, tenant creation, license assignment and renewal or access rights allocation, modification and removal.

Next to that, you will be responsible for the 1st Line User Support, where you will be responsible for providing user guidance, functionality instructions and answering any questions that our users may have

Lastly, you will also have Project Management related responsibilities, like following up on unpaid invoices or updating our executive reporting on a weekly basis.

• You obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or have an equivalent qualification

• You have an advanced level of written and oral communication in English

• You have a good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook

• You are interested in or would like to learn about Product Management, and providing IT User Support globally to users with various levels of experience and background

• You have a critical and analytical mindset, you are flexible and have openness for feedback

• You have an eye for detail, as you will be involved in executive reporting

• You are eager to learn and a fast learner

• You easily make logical connections

• You can work well both independently and in teams, showcasing good communication skills

• You are committed to contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures

• You behave professionally, and (pro-actively) communicate to management
