consultant – finance operations services

Your role as a Consultant will focus on supporting the Financial Operations team in executing a variety of projects across the domains of Financial Reporting, Management Reporting and Finance Optimization. You will work closely with Managers / Senior Consultants to support the delivery of high-quality insights and operational improvements for clients across various industries. The role combines finance, process optimization, and technology, with involvement in automation and digital enablement initiatives, including the use of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions within Finance Operations.

During your tenure as a Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

• Develop knowledge on finance operations processes, reporting and operational best practices across the Business Process Solutions function;

• Provide support in financial reporting, management reporting, process optimization and finance automation projects;

• Assist in documenting and optimizing finance processes, controls and operational workflows;

• Support the design and implementation of finance automations leveraging ETL tools, Agentic AI, and Generative AI capabilities;

• Communicate with clients to understand business needs and contribute to project updates and presentations;

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support reporting and decision-making;

• Apply technology and analytical thinking to address client business challenges and improve operational efficiency.

Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Finance / Auditing / Economics from a well-acclaimed University in Greece or abroad;

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance department;

• Excellent command of the English language;

• Strong interest in finance process optimization, digitalization and finance technology solutions;

• Accounting and Finance Data Analytics skills;

• Exposure to finance automation tools, data analytics, or AI-enabled solutions will be considered an asset;

• Respond promptly to compliance requests by deadlines;

• Perform work in an efficient and effective manner by consistently applying BPS methodologies, processes and tools;

• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.

Preferred skills:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Auditing, Business Administration or related disciplines will be a plus.
