During your tenure as a Business Analyst/ Consultant in IT Audit, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

• Be part of a high performing team, coaching and supporting resources to deliver exceptional services to the clients

• Advise clients on the design and implementation of the end-to-end Technology and Data risk management operating model to:

o enable alignment with the strategic objectives,

o ensure compliance with regulatory requirements,

o support risk-based decision making and response,

o facilitate continuous improvement and monitoring against regulatory requirements and best practices

• Proactively address the risks

• Apply problem solving and critical thinking to enable the identification of Technology and Data

• Risk associated with the Business Processes

• Assess the technology risk associated with the IT environment that support the core business processes and IT Applications

• Assess the effectiveness of the system of internal control against best practices and industry standards

• Evaluate the control deficiencies and assess the business, technology, and compliance impact

• Design and roll out the business and IT frameworks including policies & procedures, Governance and Control Operating models, processes and controls

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from Planning to successful delivery and operationalization

• Forge strong relations with the clients, adopt a customer centric approach

• Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology

• Produce a high-quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience

• Deliver key messages with clarity and confidence

• Organize insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations

• Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy

Specifically, candidates should possess the following attributes:

• 0 to 2 years of experience, preferably in a client facing role

• Graduates with the degrees in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics

• Inquisitive mind, being able to form and clearly articulate new ideas

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English

• Business experience with a high-level understanding of the Technology impact on core business processes

• Strong problem solving and communication skills

• Ability to maintain professionalism and always strive for high ethical standards

• Team player with a desire to learn and develop

• Military obligation fulfilled where applicable

The following will be considered an asset:

• Postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security with demonstrable interest in IT and Technology

• Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CIPM, CISM , ISO Certifications ,CIA, ACCA, ACA, ITIL , ERM, DASCA, SDS, Azure, CCA, SAS

• Working knowledge of technologies and platforms including Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), Databases (Oracle, SQL etc.), Network Infrastructure (firewalls, routers, networking protocols) and enterprise-wide applications (SAP 4/HANA, Oracle , Navision,JDE etc.)

• Data Analytics, Process mining and BPM tools will be considered an asset such as, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, ACL, SAS, Celonis ,Pega, Aris, Signavio , Blueprism

• Financial Services, Fintech, Telecommunications, and media background
