Your role as a Brand and Communications Assistant Manager will focus on serving as a strategic advisor to leaders while identifying and implementing creative communications plans to engage professionals and clients. You will develop and execute communication plans addressing internal and external audiences, in collaboration with the Brand and Communications leader and communications colleagues, write and/or edit communications, effectively capturing the voice and strategic priorities of the business and provide communications support to all Deloitte functions and sectors. You will design, track, and report internal metrics and results of initiatives to demonstrate impact.

In particular, to qualify for the role you must have:

• Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant work experience;

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field from a well-acclaimed University in Greece or abroad, a Master’s degree will be considered an asset;

• Strong writing skills and the ability to develop persuasive messages based on provided information;

• Ability to gather and synthesize large volumes of information into clear, well-structured materials;

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Ability to differentiate tone of voice based on audience (e.g., employees, students, clients, media);

• Ability to create vibrant, engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram);

• Experience in campaign planning and execution across both digital and offline channels.

• Ability to work well in team environment as the Brand & Comms team works closely to develop communication plans, reports, articles, presentations and brochures in accordance with specific outlined objectives;

• Ability to work smoothly with 3rd party providers (Communication & Creative agencies);

• Comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to take initiative, interact efficiently with all levels of management and think strategically and creatively;

• Ability to recognize & detect opportunities for further raising awareness on key issues of your agenda;

• Ability to manage your time properly and prioritize;

• Excellent PC use in Windows environment (Word, Excel, Power Point);

• Familiarity with using AI-powered tools (e.g., content creators, image/video generators) to streamline communication tasks and enhance content.
