Your role as an Administrative Support – Receptionist will focus on:
Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors & clients;
Handling incoming phone calls (answering, screening, and forwarding);
Arranging and coordinating courier deliveries;
Maintaining office security by following safety procedures;
Controlling access via the reception desk (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges etc.);
Performing general administrative and clerical tasks.

Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria:
Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience;
Native or equivalent level of English. Proficiency in English is a must;
Higher Education Degree is a strong asset;
Excellent PC use in Windows environment (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Sociable and discreet personality;
Ability to work in a team.
