administrative support – receptionist

Your role as an Administrative Support – Receptionist will focus on:

• Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors & clients;

• Handling incoming phone calls (answering, screening, and forwarding);

• Arranging and coordinating courier deliveries;

• Maintaining office security by following safety procedures;

• Controlling access via the reception desk (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges etc.);

• Performing general administrative and clerical tasks.

Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience;

• Native or equivalent level of English. Proficiency in English is a must;

• Higher Education Degree is a strong asset;

• Excellent PC use in Windows environment (Word, Excel, Power Point);

• Sociable and discreet personality;

• Ability to work in a team.
