senior product marketing manager

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Deel’s contractor products, you will lead the marketing efforts for Deel’s contractor solutions, working closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our contractor offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Define and articulate product positioning, unique value propositions, and key differentiators.
• Develop and implement launch plans for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (paid/events/local marketing/content/social and more) to ensure successful ongoing market presence and revenue growth.
• Create compelling and engaging marketing collateral, including product messaging, presentations, sales enablement tools, and website content.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the tools and materials needed to effectively sell the product.
• Leverage customer feedback to enhance product messaging and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with HR/payroll/industry-specific software is a plus
