The Marketing Manager will have a dual focus, with emphasis on webinars strategy and execution, together with local marketing execution for the DACH region. You'll play a key role in engaging target audiences in the UK, France, Nordics, and DACH markets, while also ensuring our DACH marketing strategy is fully localised, relevant, and high-performing.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise localised webinars across key European markets: UK, France, Nordics, and DACH
Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to identify relevant topics and speakers
Manage all logistics, platforms, timelines, and communications for webinars
Develop and execute webinar promotion strategies across email, social, and paid channels
Track performance, analyse webinar metrics, and deliver actionable insights to improve future events
Lead localisation efforts for the DACH market, including adapting existing global content and campaigns, and creating new, market-specific materials
Ensure all content and campaigns are culturally relevant and resonate with German-speaking audiences
Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns in the DACH region, including digital, email, and event initiatives
Partner with the central marketing and regional sales teams to align messaging and strategy
Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in German is a plus
3+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, with proven success in managing webinars or virtual events
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Solid understanding of European B2B marketing, particularly in the DACH region
Experience working with tools such as ON24, Zoom, GoToWebinar, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience in SaaS or tech industry is a plus
Familiarity with other European languages (French, Swedish, etc.) is a bonus
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and demand generation strategies
