Your Tasks

As a Technical Training Specialist (m/f/d) you are a key part in shaping and building the foundation of DTS's future vision. You will be responsible of our Trainee Programs, supporting new hires and developing raw talent into IT professionals. The following activities are within your area of responsibility.

• Planning, preparing and delivering courses in the field of IT with a focus on OS, Networking, Productivity Systems, Basic Security, Virtualization, Backup, Identity and Authentication.
• Assessing and reporting the progress of trainees.
• Offering guidance and support to new employees, trainees and interns.
• Conducting workshops to familiarize new hires with the company's tools, systems, and workflow.
• Designing and implementing workshops and bootcamps to identify talents.
• Working closely with other teams on projects that require your expertise.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in IT or professional experience in IT-related positions.
• Experience in teaching, training or coaching individuals in IT-related subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to think in a conceptual, holistic and strategic way to design and implement engaging and effective training programs.
• Passionate for teaching with excellent mentoring and coaching abilities to help others grow.
• Strong teamwork skills and proficient in collaborative planning.
