- Συμβάλλεις στην αρχιτεκτονική λογισμικού, ανασκοπήσεις σχεδιασμού και τεχνικές συνεδρίες προγραμματισμού

Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Προγραμματισμός Python με εφαρμογή κώδικα σύμφωνου PEP 8
- Εμπειρία σε Django, Flask ή FastAPI και χειρισμός SQL βάσεων δεδομένων
- Κατανόηση αρχιτεκτονικής λογισμικού, σχεδιαστικών προτύπων και ολοκλήρωσης συστημάτων
- Χρήση version control (Git) και εργασιακό περιβάλλον Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
- Χρήση εργαλείων AI όπως Claude Code ή παρόμοια
- Ικανότητες στην ανασκόπηση κώδικα, mentoring και επίλυση προβλημάτων

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As a Senior Software Developer – Automation Architecture (m/f/d), you will play a key role in automating infrastructure, cloud, and security environments while contributing to the development of connected backend systems, including responsible use of AI tools such as Claude Code or similar. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and support the team throughout the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:
Contribute to software architecture, design reviews, and technical planning sessions
Participate in and sometimes lead code reviews and peer programming sessions
Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the development lifecycle
Collaborate closely with Team Leads, QA engineers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams
Serve as a technical focal point for the team, acting as a Lead Developer in planning and mentoring
Your Profile
Your know-how
5+ years of of professional software development experience with Python programming language and structured Python code (PEP 8 standard) and 3+ years in software architecture
Strong working experience in at least one of Django, Flask or FastAPI and good knowledge in SQL databases and SSR-based templating (htmx)
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration principles
Experience with version control (Git) and agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban)
Your personality

Experience mentoring other developers or leading small teams
Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
