- Συνεισφέρεις στον σχεδιασμό και την αρχιτεκτονική λογισμικού για πλατφόρμες AI και ML
- Πραγματοποιείς ανασκοπήσεις σχεδίου και συμμετέχεις σε τεχνικές συνεδρίες για ανάπτυξη μεγάλων γλωσσικών μοντέλων
- Οργανώνεις και συμμετέχεις σε κριτικές κώδικα και συνεδρίες peer programming για καθορισμό απαιτήσεων AI

Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση Python και αρχιτεκτονικής λογισμικού
- Εμπειρία με μεγάλα γλωσσικά μοντέλα (LLMs), γραμμές AI και ML frameworks
- Δεξιότητες σε MLOps εργαλεία όπως Docker και Kubernetes
- Δυνατότητα δημιουργίας API και ενσωμάτωσης μοντέλων AI/ML σε παραγωγικά συστήματα
- Εφαρμογή design patterns και αρχών ολοκλήρωσης συστημάτων
- Ικανότητες τεχνικού σχεδιασμού, ανασκοπής κώδικα, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και καθοδήγησης προγραμματιστών

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As a Senior Software Developer – AI Platform Architecture (m/f/d), you will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining machine learning and AI-driven solutions to build scalable backend services that integrate AI models into production systems, including responsible use of AI tools such as Claude Code or similar. Your responsibilities include:
Contribute to software architecture, design reviews, and technical planning sessions to evaluate, and deploy large language models (LLMs) and other ML architectures
Participate in and sometimes lead code reviews and peer programming sessions to define AI requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the development lifecycle
Serve as a technical focal point for the team, acting as a Lead Developer in planning and mentoring
Coordinate technical workstreams and ensure design and implementation consistency
Research and prototype new AI technologies to expand the product’s capabilities
Your Profile
Your know-how
5+ years of of professional software development experience in Python and 3+ years in software architecture
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration principles
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience building scalable APIs and integrating ML models and LLM into production environments
Your personality
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Experience mentoring other developers or leading small teams
Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills fluency in written and spoken English
