As a Junior Account Manager – German Market (m/f/d), you will join our experienced sales team in the German market to promote our Cloud and Cyber Security solutions. You will play a key role to cultivate long-term relationships with our existing customers: uncovering new opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, driving customer satisfaction and strengthening existing partnerships. The following activities are within your area of responsibility:
Proactively engage with your warm list of accounts to identify new sales opportunities and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives
Act as the trusted advisor by supporting customers and understanding their needs in depth
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and develop trust
Close collaboration with our technical specialists to offer our customers the best possible service
Monitor account performance and identify evolving needs and growth opportunities
Grow with the role, developing your own sales channels and strategies over time
Your Profile
Sales or account management experience in B2B environments with a hands-on approach
Good prior knowledge in the IT environment with a focus on Cloud, Cyber Security Solutions or Managed Services is an advantage
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Highly organized and reliable with the ability to handle multiple accounts
Willingness to learn with an enthusiasm about IT and Cyber Security
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
