Your Tasks

As a Cyber Security Administrator (m/f/d) you are an important part of our international Cyber Security Operations Team. You will be responsible for maintaining our own as well as the multi-facetted security landscape of our customers, which also includes the operation of our managed security services. The following activities are within your area of responsibility:

• Administration and operation of security solutions, such as next generation firewalls, email security gateways, endpoint protection and vulnerability management
• Handling maintenance tasks such as patchdays on a regular basis to make sure we are as resilient as possible concerning the availability of our services
• Help customers with implementing planned changes to their security infrastructure
• Making sure monitoring includes all relevant services and constantly reviewing room for improvement
• Keeping all relevant documentation up to date and helping in constantly extending our internal knowledge base
• Assist in constantly developing our automation platform

Your Profile

Your Know-how

• Strong interest in Cyber Security topics
• Optional: You have basic knowledge about security systems (firewalls, email security gateways, endpoint protection, vulnerability management)
• Completed studies in IT or comparable professional experience
• Fundamental IT knowledge in networking administration and operating systems
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, backup strategies and virtualization platforms
• Ideally automation experience with tools like Ansible to streamline tasks and enforce consistent configurations
• Good to have: You bring experience in comparable positions, such as Network Administrator, Network Security Administrator, Systems & Network Administrator, Systems Administrator etc
• Solid knowledge of English
