- Ηγείσαι των συνολικών λειτουργιών παραγωγής API, διασφαλίζοντας ασφαλή, συμμορφούμενη και αδιάλειπτη παραγωγή.
- Καθορίζεις τη στρατηγική παραγωγής, τον σχεδιασμό δυναμικότητας, την κατανομή πόρων και τα βραχυπρόθεσμα και μακροπρόθεσμα πλάνα.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις GMP, τις αρχές ICH Q7, τα εσωτερικά πρότυπα ποιότητας και τις κανονιστικές προσδοκίες.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Technical Services, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain και EHS για επιχειρησιακή ευθυγράμμιση και ετοιμότητα επιθεωρήσεων.
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση μέσω Production KPIs, απόδοσης παρτίδων, αποκλίσεων, αποδόσεων, χρόνων κύκλου, κόστους και αξιοποίησης δυναμικότητας.
- Ηγείσαι και αναπτύσσεις προϊσταμένους και διατμηματικές ομάδες, καλλιεργώντας υπευθυνότητα, συνεργασία και συνεχή βελτίωση.
- Επιβλέπεις τη μεταφορά τεχνολογίας, το Scale-up, τη βελτιστοποίηση διεργασιών και δραστηριότητες σχετικές με τη Validation.
- Προωθείς ισχυρή κουλτούρα ασφάλειας και ενσωματώνεις τα πρότυπα EHS, τις αξιολογήσεις κινδύνου και τις προληπτικές ενέργειες στην καθημερινή λειτουργία.
- Υποστηρίζεις ελέγχους, κανονιστικές επιθεωρήσεις, επισκέψεις πελατών και σχέδια αποκατάστασης, διασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη ολοκλήρωση των ενεργειών.
- Συμμετέχεις στην επιλογή του προσωπικού παραγωγής API σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα HR Recruitment και σύμφωνα με τις εταιρικές πολιτικές.

- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λειτουργίες παραγωγής API, Sterile dry injections production και Process equipment.
- GMP compliance και ICH Q7.
- Production planning, Batch records, Deviations, CAPA και Change controls.
- Validation principles, Technology transfer και Scale-up.
- Production KPIs και Process improvement.
- Χημική Μηχανική / Χημεία / Φαρμακευτικήκατά προτίμηση
