Τι θα κάνεις
- Αναπτύσσεις, βελτιστοποιείς και υποστηρίζεις κύκλους λυοφιλοποίησης για στείρα ενέσιμα προϊόντα από εργαστηριακή έως εμπορική κλίμακα.
- Συμμετέχεις στην ανάπτυξη σκευασμάτων και διεργασιών, με έμφαση στη σταθερότητα, την εμφάνιση, την υπολειμματική υγρασία και τον χρόνο ανασύστασης.
- Αξιολογείς κρίσιμες παραμέτρους διεργασίας και κρίσιμα ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά στα στάδια κατάψυξης και ξήρανσης.
- Υποστηρίζεις την κλιμάκωση διεργασιών, το Technology transfer και την επικύρωση διεργασιών.
- Σχεδιάζεις και εκτελείς δοκιμές, συλλέγεις και ερμηνεύεις δεδομένα, συντάσσεις τεχνικές αναφορές και προτείνεις βελτιώσεις.
- Διερευνάς αποκλίσεις, υποστηρίζεις την ανάλυση βασικής αιτίας και συνεισφέρεις σε CAPA και change control.
- Συντάσσεις και ελέγχεις πρωτόκολλα, αναφορές, αρχεία παρτίδων και πακέτα Technology transfer.
- Συμβάλλεις στην εφαρμογή του Quality by Design, στις αξιολογήσεις κινδύνου και στη συνεχή βελτίωση.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις GMP, τις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες και τις ισχύουσες κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις.
- Παρακολουθείς τις επιστημονικές και τεχνολογικές εξελίξεις στη λυοφιλοποίηση και τα στείρα ενέσιμα προϊόντα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ανάπτυξη και βελτιστοποίηση κύκλων λυοφιλοποίησης και ανάπτυξη διεργασιών λυοφιλοποίησης/ξήρανσης με κατάψυξη
- Ανάπτυξη στείρων ενέσιμων φαρμακευτικών προϊόντων και ανάπτυξη σκευασμάτων
- Κλιμάκωση διεργασιών, Technology transfer και επικύρωση διεργασιών
- Κρίσιμες παράμετροι διεργασίας και ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά, με απαιτήσεις GMP
- Σχεδιασμός πειραμάτων, ανάλυση δεδομένων και σύνταξη τεχνικών αναφορών
- Ανάλυση βασικής αιτίας, CAPA και change control, Quality by Design
- Φαρμακευτική / Φαρμακευτικές Επιστήμες / Χημική Μηχανική / Χημεία / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
