- Προγραμματίζεις, ρυθμίζεις, συντηρείς και βελτιστοποιείς βιομηχανικά συστήματα αυτοματισμού
- Εντοπίζεις και επιλύεις προβλήματα αυτοματισμού και ηλεκτρικών ζητημάτων σε γραμμές παραγωγής και συσκευασίας
- Τροποποιείς και βελτιώνεις υπάρχοντα προγράμματα PLC
- Συμμετέχεις σε έργα αναβάθμισης και μετεγκατάστασης συστημάτων αυτοματισμού (π.χ. Siemens S5 σε S7)
- Αναπτύσσεις, ρυθμίζεις και συντηρείς συστήματα HMI (Siemens WinCC ή αντίστοιχα)
- Παρακολουθείς και υποστηρίζεις συστήματα SCADA
- Εκτελείς θέση σε νέος εξοπλισμό και αυτοματισμούς
- Εγκαθιστάς και ενσωματώνεις νέο εξοπλισμό παραγωγής
- Διαβάζεις, κατανοείς και εφαρμόζεις ηλεκτρικά, πνευματικά και υδραυλικά διαγράμματα
- Υποστηρίζεις και συντηρείς πίνακες αυτοματισμού
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες παραγωγής, συντήρησης και μηχανικών για τη βελτίωση της αποδοτικότητας διαδικασιών
- Διασφαλίζεις ασφαλή, αξιόπιστη και αποδοτική λειτουργία των συστημάτων αυτοματισμού
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εμπειρία σε Siemens PLCs (S5, S7), προγραμματισμό PLC (Ladder, FBD, STL) και TIA Portal
- Γνώση HMI συστημάτων (Siemens WinCC ή αντίστοιχα) και συστημάτων SCADA
- Ικανότητα αντιμετώπισης προβλημάτων αυτοματισμού και ηλεκτρικών ζητημάτων
- Γνώση βιομηχανικών δικτύων επικοινωνίας (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus)
- Εμπειρία σε drives, inverters, servo motors και πίνακες ελέγχου αυτοματισμού
- Ανάγνωση και ερμηνεία ηλεκτρικών, πνευματικών και υδραυλικών σχημάτων
- Ικανότητα αναβάθμισης και μετεγκατάστασης συστημάτων αυτοματισμού
- Τεχνική αγγλική γλώσσα

Περιγραφή Θέσης
Demo SA, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently seeking for a Process Automation Engineer, who will be responsible for implementing business processes on a workflow platform to improve operational efficiency. This position is based in Tripoli.
Main duties and Responsibilities
Programming, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of industrial automation systems
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving automation and electrical issues in production and packaging lines
Modification and improvement of existing PLC programs
Participation in automation system upgrades and migration projects (e.g. Siemens S5 to S7)
Development, configuration, and maintenance of HMI systems (Siemens WinCC or equivalent)
Monitoring and support of SCADA systems
Commissioning of new equipment and automation systems
Installation and integration of new production equipment
Reading, understanding, and applying electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
Support and maintenance of automation control panels
Collaboration with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve process efficiency
Ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of automation systems
Requirements
Degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering (TEI / AEI) with good command of technical English
Strong experience with Siemens PLCs (S5, S7), TIA Portal, and PLC programming (Ladder, FBD, STL), including troubleshooting, modifications, and migration projects (e.g. S5 to S7)
Experience with HMI (Siemens WinCC or equivalent) and knowledge of SCADA systems
Knowledge of industrial communication networks (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus)
Hands-on experience with drives/inverters, servo motors, industrial sensors, and automation control panels
Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, with experience in production and packaging lines
Strong problem-solving, organizational skills and structured technical thinking
