Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι, καθοδηγείς και αναπτύσσεις ομάδα 10–15 ατόμων.
- Διασφαλίζεις την αξιόπιστη και αδιάλειπτη λειτουργία των εγκαταστάσεων Utilities.
- Σχεδιάζεις και παρακολουθείς προγράμματα προληπτικής συντήρησης για τα συστήματα Utilities.
- Συντονίζεις τεχνικές παρεμβάσεις και επιλύεις κρίσιμα ζητήματα.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με GMP, EHS και τις εταιρικές διαδικασίες.
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση των συστημάτων μέσω KPIs και τεχνικών δεικτών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι συμβάσεις συντήρησης και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.
- Συμμετέχεις σε έργα εγκατάστασης, αναβάθμισης και επέκτασης συστημάτων Utilities.
- Υποστηρίζεις audits, επιθεωρήσεις, διερευνήσεις, CAPAs και Change Controls.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τον λειτουργικό προϋπολογισμό και βελτιστοποιείς το κόστος Utilities.
- Προωθείς δράσεις εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας και συνεχούς βελτίωσης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση συστημάτων Utilities, HVAC, BMS και συστημάτων καθαρού νερού και WFI.
- Διαχείριση ανθρώπινου δυναμικού και συντονισμός τεχνικών παρεμβάσεων.
- Σχεδιασμός προληπτικής συντήρησης και διαχείριση συμβάσεων συντήρησης.
- Συμμόρφωση με GMP και EHS, με υποστήριξη audits και επιθεωρήσεων.
- Παρακολούθηση KPIs, διαχείριση λειτουργικού προϋπολογισμού και συνεχής βελτίωση.
- Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Μηχανολογία / Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός / Ναυπηγική / Τεχνικό Δίπλωμα
