Τι θα κάνεις
- Δρομολογείς τα οχήματα που πραγματοποιούν μεταφορές στην επαρχία.
- Δημιουργείς και συντονίζεις το πρόγραμμα των οδηγών της επαρχίας.
- Συντονίζεις τις κεντρικές παραδόσεις και το Pre-Selling με ΙΧ φορτηγά και 3PL εταιρείες.
- Παρακολουθείς και συντονίζεις το μεταφορικό έργο για την ομαλή και αποτελεσματική εκτέλεσή του.
- Συμμετέχεις στην κοστολόγηση του μεταφορικού έργου.
- Υποστηρίζεις το μεταφορικό έργο των εξαγωγών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις εμπλεκόμενες ομάδες και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για τον συντονισμό των μεταφορών.
- Τηρείς τις απαιτούμενες διαδικασίες και αρχεία του μεταφορικού έργου.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Συντονισμός μεταφορών, δρομολόγηση οχημάτων και προγραμματισμός οδηγών.
- Προγραμματισμός, διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών και οργανωτικές ικανότητες.
- Διοικητικές ικανότητες και τήρηση αρχείων.
- Αναλυτική σκέψη και έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια.
- Κοστολόγηση μεταφορικού έργου.
- Logistics, Μεταφορές και Αγγλικά.
- Λογιστική Διαχείριση / Οικονομικά / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
