digital solutions expert

We are looking for a Digital Solutions Expert who will be responsible for the design

and implementation of new digital solutions as well as improvements to existing ones,

in collaboration with the relevant product and customer units of the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze business

requirements in order to implement digital solutions that are aligned with the

Bank's goals.

• Convert detailed business requirements into functional specifications (user stories,

functional requirements, process maps, etc.)

• Collaborate with technical implementation teams to explain functional

specifications, understand technical specifics and adapt the proposed digital

solution to ensure that they meet the needs of the business and align with business

requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document the necessary

procedures and manuals.

• Identify and highlight process improvement opportunities with the aim of

improving performance and maximizing efficiency.

• Participate in the testing process to confirm that the solutions meet the defined

requirements.

• Participate in project planning and monitoring progress in relation to the project

schedule.

• Participate in the preparation of an annual project plan and required budget,

systematic monitoring and adjustment thereof.

• Monitor the Greek and international market in the field of digital innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in economics

• Postgraduate degree in business administration, information systems

management, technology, finance or another related field is desirable

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written

• 5 years of experience in a related field

• Knowledge and desirable experience in Specification Writing & in Product

Development

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to propose integrated solutions with an emphasis on achieving results

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different groups across the Bank

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Continuous interest in learning and development.
