accounting & tax officer

CrediaBank is seeking a n a ccountant with specialization in taxation , responsible for

accurately recording and managing the accounting and tax activities, especially

those related to the leasing operations of the Bank.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and taxation within financial

services and will demonstrate strong analytical and problem -solving skills as well as

the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate accounting representation and recording of transactions

• Monitor and ensure the correct application of tax laws and regulations

• Preparat e periodic and annual financial statements in compliance with

applicable accounting standards .

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree preferably in Economics, Finance or a related field

• Α master's degree in Accounting , Finance, Banking or a related discipline will be

considered a plus

• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)

• Strong computer literacy particularly in MS Office applications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a position related to accounting and taxation in

financial services or at least 3 years of accounting experience in a listed

company on the Athens Stock Exchange Market

• Solid knowledge of the Greek General Chart of Accounts, Income Tax Code and

Greek Accounting Standards (ELP)

• Experienced with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

• Knowledge of the Singular Logic (Omega) accounting system will be considered

an asset

• Former experience within the leasing industry and familiarity with the leasing

contact system will be considered an asset

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize under pressure

• Analytical thinking and high attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams across the

Bank
