Τότε, είσαι έτοιμος να αναλάβεις τη διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη εταιρικού πελατολογίου, να χτίσεις μακροχρόνιες συνεργασίες αξιοποιώντας κάθε τηλεφωνική επαφή με υψηλού επιπέδου υπηρεσίες.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Επικοινωνία με εταιρικούς πελάτες μέσω τηλεφώνου, live chat και video, με στόχο την υποστήριξη και προώθηση λύσεων και υπηρεσιών.

  • Διερεύνηση των επιχειρησιακών αναγκών και πρόταση κατάλληλων, εξατομικευμένων λύσεων.

  • Παροχή άμεσης και ολοκληρωμένης εξυπηρέτησης, διασφαλίζοντας μια σταθερά ποιοτική εμπειρία συνεργασίας.

  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων από την αρχική επικοινωνία έως την οριστική επίλυσή τους, με έμφαση στην ακρίβεια και την αποτελεσματικότητα.
