Τι θα κάνεις
- Επαναφέρεις και διατηρείς τους mini bar των δωματίων σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου και τα καθορισμένα προγράμματα
- Καταχωρείς με ακρίβεια τις χρεώσεις κατανάλωσης mini bar στους λογαριασμούς των πελατών χρησιμοποιώντας το σύστημα διαχείρισης του ξενοδοχείου
- Παρακολουθείς τα επίπεδα αποθεμάτων και διασφαλίζεις τη σωστή αποθήκευση, περιστροφή και ημερομηνία λήξης των προϊόντων mini bar
- Διατηρείς την καθαριότητα, οργάνωση και παρουσίαση των mini bar και των αποθηκευτικών χώρων
- Αναφέρεις ζητήματα συντήρησης, κατεστραμμένα είδη ή διαφορές που εντοπίζονται κατά την υπηρεσία στα δωμάτια
- Συντονίζεις με τις ομάδες Καθαριότητας, Υποδοχής και Τροφίμων & Ποτών για την αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση των δωματίων και την άμεση ανταπόκριση στα αιτήματα των πελατών
- Αντιδράς επαγγελματικά στα αιτήματα πελατών σχετικά με προϊόντα και παροχές mini bar
- Τηρείς αυστηρά πρότυπα υγείας, υγιεινής και ασφάλειας σύμφωνα με τις πολιτικές του ξενοδοχείου και κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση mini bar και παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων
- Χρέωση καταναλώσεων στους λογαριασμούς πελατών και βασικές δεξιότητες χρήσης υπολογιστή
- Πρότυπα υγείας, υγιεινής και γνώση ασφάλειας τροφίμων
- Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες στα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά
- Ευελιξία στις βάρδιες εργασίας

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As a Mini Bar Waiter/Waitress at Conrad Athens The Ilisian, you will ensure that guest room mini bars are consistently stocked, maintained, and presented to the highest luxury standards. Your role is essential in delivering a seamless guest experience by accurately replenishing mini bar items, monitoring inventory, and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities
Replenish and maintain guest room mini bars according to hotel standards and established schedules.
Accurately record and post mini bar consumption charges to guest accounts using the hotel's property management system.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure all mini bar products are properly stocked, rotated, and within expiration dates.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of mini bars and storage areas.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or discrepancies identified in guest rooms during service.
Coordinate with the Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure rooms are serviced efficiently and guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
Respond professionally to guest requests related to mini bar products and amenities.
Maintain strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards, in compliance with hotel policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Mini Bar, Food & Beverage, or similar operational role within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Basic computer skills and ability to accurately post guest charges.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverage products.
Detail-oriented with a focus on presentation, accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
