The Senior Team Leader for Sales Enablement will play a critical role in driving sales performance by equipping the sales force with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively sell the company's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales processes and enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Enablement Strategy:

    • Design and implement training programs and materials that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

    • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.

    • Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the enablement strategy.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the sales organization.

    • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives through analysis and reporting.

    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data and feedback.

    • Continuously evaluate and refine enablement programs to improve sales productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement platforms.
