As a Senior Ad-Sales Specialist in our team, you will: 

• Proactively reach out to the assigned book of business 

• Consultative Sales: Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales to achieve client goals. 

• Portfolio Management: Managing top-tier clients & agencies consisting of medium business clients, focusing on revenue uplift for their business and our client. Deep analysis of ad performance and current social media strategies, and advising on key opportunities for growth 

• Client Needs Analysis: Prioritize outreach based on an understanding of client needs and industry insights. 

• Market Research: Gain a deep understanding of industries, market(s), and client business models to tailor experiences for local advertisers. 

• Opportunity Identification: Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions with an emphasis on budget optimization and allocation to meet client objectives. 

• Product Optimization: Engage with clients proactively and reactively to assess and optimize product performance. 

• Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements for ad products and customer experience.  

Your Qualifications 

Concentrix is a great match if you: 

• Are fluent in Greek (minimum C1) and have a very good command of English (minimum B2). 

• Have at least 2 years of experience in sales/Ad-sales/Marketing, with strong entrepreneurial thinking, and a "go the extra mile" attitude. 

• 4 years of general work experience

• Work Ethic: Highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. 

• Proven ability in building relationships and effective multi-touch cross/upselling throughout a relationship. 

• Experienced problem solver and proactive communicator with excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales-driven soft skills. 

• Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience through multi-touch cross/upselling service model. 

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, having accountability of own metrics and results. 

• Hold a valid full-time working visa (no student visas accepted). 

Ideally, you already have: 

• Experience in social media and/or digital marketing. 

• Familiarity with online advertising platforms or performance marketing concepts.
