We’re looking for a Distribution Support Representative to help optimize brand visibility and customer experience across leading distributor websites. You’ll transform data into insights, ensuring products are easy to find, well-presented, and driving measurable results.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the key link between data insights and digital execution, helping distributors enhance their online performance.
Data & Insights
Analyze onsite search performance and conduct keyword gap analysis.
Review partner dashboards, track KPIs, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
Estimate ROI of improvements and report on progress against digital execution goals.
Use advanced Excel formulas and analysis to turn raw data into actionable insights.
Content & Visibility
Audit distributor websites and present findings with clear takeaways and next steps.
Assess brand visibility: homepage presence, product categories, branded shop areas, advertising share of voice, etc.
Highlight gaps and prepare distributor-specific optimization reports.
Monitor use of digital toolkits, ensuring new product launches are executed effectively.
Collaboration & Support
Share best practices, training, and guidance with partners.
Flag bugs, content delays, and gaps to internal teams.
Support onboarding of content automation and syndication tools.
Act as first-line support for content-related queries.
Added Value
Perform local language checks for keywords and content.
Map and analyze ratings & reviews, sharing recommendations for improvement.
Ensure digital marketing execution aligns with overall business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in English (any other European language is a plus)
Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Data Analysis, or related field
2+ years’ experience in eCommerce, digital content, or data analysis roles
Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) – able to build and use complex formulas, analyze large data sets, and create meaningful reports
Strong analytical mindset – comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis
Good understanding of eCommerce or digital environments
Excellent communication & presentation skills – able to turn data into actionable insights
Knowledge of CMS, SEO, web publishing, and analytics tools (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
