We are looking for a Mid UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us build products that combine usability with great visual design. This position is balanced: 50% UI and 50% UX, with involvement across the full design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces following best practices in UI/UX.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.

• Contribute to the definition and maintenance of the team’s Design System.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.

• Conduct and analyze UX research insights to improve the user experience.

• Participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process at the final stage before release.

• Ensure final deliverables are consistent, functional, and user-friendly.

Requirements

• ~3 years of professional experience in a UI/UX design role.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools.

• Hands-on experience with Design Systems.

• Ability to balance usability, aesthetics, and business requirements.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
