About the Role:

Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a highly motivated and creative UI/UX Designer to join their team. This role is centered around a major redesign project for a responsive website that plays a key role in their digital strategy. The goal is to modernize the user experience, enhance website performance and conversions, and extend user engagement to facilitate cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and identify pain points.

• Audit the existing website and propose solutions to improve performance and user experience.

• Lead the redesign of a responsive website with a focus on UX (approximately 80% UX and 20% UI).

• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design solutions.

• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the design is implemented effectively and aligns with business goals.

• Optimize information architecture and user journeys to increase user engagement and cross-selling opportunities.

• Use analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on improvements.

• Ensure the website is accessible and responsive across all devices.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on UX research and strategy.

• Proven track record of redesigning complex, responsive websites in a high-traffic environment.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

• Strong knowledge of interaction design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.

• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and translate insights into actionable design improvements.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and how to apply it to design.
