About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Engineer-level leader to join us as our Tech Program Manager, responsible for orchestrating the company’s end-to-end digital transformation journey. Sitting at the intersection of technology and strategic execution, this role will work closely with Chapter Leaders and report to the CTO—monitoring the progress of transformation initiatives across all departments, aligning technical and business priorities, and ensuring cohesive delivery from legacy modernization to future-ready architecture.

This role requires a strong full-stack mindset and architectural fluency, capable of bridging modern engineering principles with the realities of legacy systems and enterprise environments. You will provide high-level technical guidance to cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across all digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of the company’s digital transformation program, from roadmap tracking to cross-department coordination and strategic alignment.

• Act as a technical advisor to the CTO, reporting progress, flagging risks, and suggesting course corrections when necessary.

• Work closely with business units, product teams, and engineering leads to ensure initiatives are technically feasible, scalable, and integrated.

• Provide system-level guidance across cloud, data, applications, integrations, and platforms—balancing legacy realities with modern opportunities.

• Ensure transformation projects are aligned in their architecture and delivery models to avoid fragmentation or redundancy.

• Lead technical governance conversations across functions to ensure best practices in architecture, interoperability, and long-term sustainability.

• Serve as a thought partner for identifying gaps, redundancies, or untapped opportunities in our tech ecosystem.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or platform leadership roles.

• Proven experience in overseeing enterprise-wide transformation programs, large-scale replatforming efforts, or cross-functional architecture modernization.

• Strong full stack knowledge: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs and integrations, business applications (ERP/CRM), legacy systems, modern microservices and frontend/backend/mobile architecture.

• A systems-thinker mindset, with the ability to balance innovation with operational stability.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak fluently across both business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong documentation, planning, and roadmap alignment capabilities.

• Experience with transformation initiatives in mid-size or enterprise consulting or product companies.
