tech facilitator (team leader)

As a Tech Facilitator (Team Leader), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and configuring complex applications, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading your team to deliver high-quality solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for making technical and architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and contributing to strategic discussions. Your expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with your experience in Cloud-based architectures and Kubernetes, will be critical to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

• Design, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance applications

• Define and implement best practices for software development, CI/CD, and DevOps

• Participate in architectural discussions and strategic decision-making

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers

• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals

• Stay updated on the latest Java, Spring Boot, and Cloud-native technologies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with Java

• Expert proficiency in Java & Spring Boot

• Experience with Microservices architecture, Cloud-based applications, and RESTful APIs

• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Azure Kubernetes Service – AKS, Docker, Kubernetes)

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and version control (Git, GitLab, Jenkins)

• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
