Our client is a well-established and innovative technology group that specializes in providing integrated digital and automation solutions across diverse industries such as Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Plastics, and Manufacturing. With a deep focus on industrial informatics, they design and implement systems that optimize production workflows and ensure seamless data connectivity across the supply chain.

They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team and support the planning and execution of technology-driven industrial solutions.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the coordination and delivery of multiple IT and automation projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and automation engineers, ensuring each project phase runs smoothly—from planning to final delivery. This is an ideal role for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for managing technical projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives

• Support the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

• Participate in the analysis of client or end-user requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives

• Coordinate the activities of project teams, including developers, testers, and analysts

• Monitor project progress and escalate potential issues or delays to senior team members

• Organize and participate in team meetings, ensuring meeting minutes and action items are properly tracked

• Assist in managing communication with stakeholders, including regular status updates and documentation

• Contribute to change management and risk assessment processes

• Support project documentation, quality checks, and final delivery to clients

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a university or technical institution (AEI/TEI), preferably in Engineering, IT, or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles

• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel and MS Project)

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to travel occasionally for project-related activities
