Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications.

• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Design end-to-end Integration solutions to meet specific business needs and ensure compliance with the IT Security Policies and industry best practices.

• Contribute to the definition of technical roadmaps and architectural standards.

• Lead, mentor, and support a small team of developers. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Must – Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

• Expert-level knowledge of front-end development with Angular, including experience building reusable components and optimizing performance.

• Strong proficiency in Java and Python for back-end development and scripting.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.

• Deep understanding of SQL, including writing complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling (PL/SQL experience is a plus).

• Experience as a team leader will be considered an Asset.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in an Agile environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have skills:

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services area

• Experience in AWS.

• Knowledge of ETL and IS daily operations.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
