senior account manager (banking)

An established leader in business-to-customer transaction technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager (banking) to drive strategic relationships within the banking sector. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge digital transaction solutions, ensuring secure, seamless, and efficient customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships in banking/fintech, identifying new opportunities.
• Promote digital onboarding, electronic signature, and payment processing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Evaluate banking tech trends, align solutions with customer needs, and drive go-to-market strategies.
• Prepare and present strategic proposals to clients and internal teams.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years in IT sales or business development within banking/fintech.
• Strong technical knowledge of banking technology solutions (digital onboarding, e-signatures, payment processing, unattended transactions).
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with experience in complex sales cycles.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• University degree in Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Fluency in English.
