Περιγραφή Θέσης
The ideal candidate will become part of the ICT team for EU Institutions and International Organizations, and NATO, and will:
- Drive ICT business with existing and new customers
- Build strong relationships with their clients to address their needs and challenges
- Lead origination of new opportunities at their clients, actively working together with their Presales, Solution Architecture and Service Delivery teams
- Drive and closing new business opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end sales and business development process
- Coordinate with internal working groups (recruiting, procurement, legal)
- Build strong relationships with partners, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Prepare sales plan to deliver growth, revenue and margin targets
- Take responsibility/ownership of pipeline development, accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
Requirements
You are the right candidate if you have:
- More than two (2) years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Service Delivery Management or Project Management in EU Institutions, or four (4) years for Senior candidates
- Knowledge of processes and procedures of EU Institutions and Agencies (e.g. DIGIT TM)
- Understanding of IT Technology trends (Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI)
- Broad network and excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to establish relationships of trust with clients and partners
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a virtual team environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage time productively
- Fluency in English and the ability to address an international audience
- Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
