Key responsibilities

• Conducting business process analysis, identifying areas for improvement and finally proposing best practices in line with proper SAP module capabilities.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems (third-party) to ensure seamless integration.
• Be part of the design and implementation teams as a leader or support member on their company’s SAP implementation projects. Gathering client requirements, designing solutions, configuring the SAP module, and conducting system testing are some basic role requirements.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and training materials for clients and end-users.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure they can effectively use the relative SAP module.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance services to client personnel. Need to address client inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests based on the offered support and maintenance plan.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, stay updated on SAP module best practices and new SAP releases to recommend and implement best enhancements that optimize clients’ SAP solutions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, Business).
• Proven experience as a SAP Consultant or a similar role (2-7 years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Greek language
• SAP certification is a plus.
• Experience in S/4HANA environment and knowledge of other SAP modules is a plus.
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
