The Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating a team of Project Managers to ensure the successful planning, execution and delivery of strategic projects across our client’s organization. This role ensures consistent and high-quality project execution, fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and aligns project delivery with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers focused on delivering strategic projects.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects ensuring adherence to timelines, scope and quality standards.
• Monitor financial milestones and deliverables for both direct contracts and subcontractor agreements.
• Act as a senior point of escalation, resolving conflicts and complex issues to ensure project continuity and successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with established standards, procedures and governance structures, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
• Regularly report on departmental performance, project status and KPIs to senior leadership
• Build team capabilities through coaching, training and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate and manage stakeholders in demanding environments.
