About the Role

We are hiring a Product Owner for Code.Hub, to join a newly formed cross-functional Payments team at Kaizen Gaming. The team is responsible for delivering smooth, secure, and scalable payment experiences across all user journeys, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and PSP integrations.

As Product Owner, you will lead product definition and delivery across payment systems, working closely with engineers, UX, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders from Finance, Risk, and Compliance. This role offers the opportunity to shape the product vision and processes from the ground up within a high-impact, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Payments product backlog, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing work

• Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives) in collaboration with the development team

• Gather and refine business requirements with key stakeholders across Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Support

• Drive delivery of features related to payment flows, PSP integrations, refund handling, and transaction performance

• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as transaction success rates, latency, and payment method adoption

• Ensure all product releases align with technical feasibility, business priorities, and compliance standards

• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to the team’s transparency and operational excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within agile product development environments

• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of KPIs and customer-centric decision-making

• Experience with Jira, Figma, Confluence, or similar tools

• Familiarity with payment platforms, PSPs, or FinTech products is a plus

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
