outsourcing services project manager

As an Outsourcing Services Project Manager at Code.Hub, you will be responsible for managing the capability of technical teams and/or individual resources, cost planning and analysis, monitoring progress, conducting 1:1s or team catch-ups to overview life within their project. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving the company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external parties for the well-being of their resources.

• Conduct regular 1:1s with resources to overview daily life within their project.

• Address and resolve low-level issues between clients and resources efficiently.

• Establish and maintain relationships between the team and clients or stakeholders.

• Monitor project demand & supply progress, as well as client satisfaction.

• Evaluate upselling opportunities and capitalize with the assistance of BD.

• Perform cost and profitability analysis.

• Report and escalate to PM Lead & upper management.

• A solid understanding of technology terminology, or software development agnostic background.

• Excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or software engineering.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing in Greek and English.

• Excellent MS Office and/or Google Workspace skills.
