Our client is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and APIs. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multinational teams and international stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and successful delivery of cross-border projects.

• Define and execute the company’s technology vision in alignment with business objectives and market trends.

• Build, mentor, and lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications and APIs using .NET Core and complementary technologies.

• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML) to maintain a competitive advantage.

• Act as the technical representative of the company with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients.

• Establish and enforce best practices for application security, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or certifications in Azure/Agile are a plus).

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core application design and RESTful API development.

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and scalable system design.

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).

• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/Google Cloud optional).

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation).

• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Moq, Selenium).

• Strong understanding of application security (OWASP, GDPR compliance).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and grow high-performing teams.

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and passion for innovation.
