Our FinTech project involves a dynamic banking organization that has maintained a leading position in Greece’s banking sector for 181 years. With a network of 356 branches and 8,103 employees, the bank operates with transparency, trust, and a human-centered approach, continuously developing advanced products and services to meet its clients’ needs.

WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Junior Java Developer, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and support of technology-based business solutions within an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing Restful Web APIs in Microservices Architecture

• Participate in the implementation of cloud-native solutions using modern, domain- and event-driven approaches

• Support the technical design process and participate in the analysis of business and application requirements

• Collaborate with team members in designing and developing clean, scalable code

• Participate in the software development lifecycle using modern CI/CD, test automation, and code quality tools

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field

• Object-oriented programming background (Java, C#, etc.)

• Familiarity with Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot)

• Understanding of Agile methodology principles

• Strong academic background

• Good problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., GIT, Azure DevOps) is a plus
